Pros
There are literally no pros.
Cons
Insanely long hours. You’ll drive sometimes an hour, sometimes less, to your designated neighborhood and go around door to door bothering homeowners for 8-9 hours a day peddling free home improvement estimates that nobody wants or needs. You basically schedule appointments all day and you only get paid if the homeowner ends up going through with the appointment. That is fair enough, except for the fact that this job is 100% commission only and the management and other reps will SHAME you for trying to keep track of whether or not your “leads” went through with their appointment. Bizarre Office “culture” which just consists of a bunch of rah rah nonsense and reps leaving their Juul pods all over the office. Worked for these jokers for a few weeks and quit. If you’re going to risk yourself working a job that faces the general public every day during a global pandemic, don’t waste your time with this absolute nonsense.
