No cons that I can think of!

if you GET paid the pay is decent.

I wouldn't even give this company one star if i didn't have to. I struggled many times to get paid from this company. If I did get my check it was almost always short. and I always had to wait to get paid, sometimes weeks later than it was due. and always had to remind the owner otherwise he would forget to pay me .. owner does not respond to calls or texts. They recently let me go for a customer complaining about me talking on the phone. When I wasn't "talking" on the phone. I had someone on hold for something very important. Anyways, they owe me two paychecks. We get paid weekly, and its been almost 2 months! If you have a life, and a family to take care of. I strongly advise you not to consider working here.
