      PST Hours. 10am-7pm. No Traffic at those times. The people are quiet and kind.

      Cons

      No upward mobility. This company has been doing the same thing day in and day out for years. They don't need to grow or change so there isn't anything exciting about the company. Complaisance driven.

      The schedule is tough because of long hours, but you only work 4 days a week.
