Extremely racist management. The admissions department only intends to hire and retain caucasian employees. They hire family members and promote only relatives and close friends. The manager arrived late and left early every day. TU promotes that they are diverse when in reality they only want people of color's money. TU is a silent plantation full of racist caucasian employees.
