Pros

- The mix of clients is genuinely interesting and super diverse. Most of them are fantastic partners and a pleasure to work with. You will never get bored and as teams grow there is some ability to move around clients to get accounts you're particularly passionate about. - A fun and interesting group of people to work with. They employ some really talented, creative folks who make work rewarding and enjoyable. - Onboarding is thorough and helpful. They work to improve processes and day-to-day functions consistently. - The account managers are second-to-none. Communicative, knowledgeable, and thoughtful to their cores. They deeply understand the technical work they manage and it shows. - Good health insurance and matching IRA. - Pay isn't bad, but could be more competitive. Rarely need to work overtime.

Cons

- Weird hours, strict 8:15-5:15 so you're always stuck in traffic getting home. - "Flexible hours" are only in the first and last two hours of the day. It was competitive pre-COVID but isn't really anymore. - HR shows favoritism and in the past has allowed only friends to bend the rules. I didn't feel like I could go to HR with issues/problems. - Hiring is inconsistent. Some teams hire bright, talented individuals, while others build echo chambers of like-minded people which prevents growth. They also ghost applicants, even after in-person interviews. - It's a problem at every small marketing agency, but there's little room to move up unless a team lead or top-level manager quits.

Pros

Tower Marketing was my first full-time professional experience after graduating from college. The growth that I have witnessed in the last five and a half years is almost unrecognizable! While the core services offered have not changed, the approach, process, and evolution of how those are carried out for clients has continued to stay ahead of the curve. The top five pros of Tower Marketing, include: 1. The team of professionals 2. Flexibility in a work environment that fosters innovation and quality 3. A variety in the type of clients and work carried out 4. Opportunity for personal and professional development 5. Flexibility and humanity of management

Cons

The team truly does feel like a family and can cause tension between team members. But, any issues that may arise are often discussed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Pros

Great mix of clients and projects.

Cons

Management is terrible. Cliques, drama, no upward mobility. List could go on and on.
