Sexual harrasment claims are mishandled, branch admin has hands in everything. You will be denied upward movement if you question branch admin in anyway. Alot of incompetence and scapegoating from higher up managers. Some branches are better than others but branch admin has favorites they will champion regardless of faults. And some people are just creepy and dont understand workplace boundaries. Theres a manager that insists on hugging but onky the women he finds attractive. HR knows. He still does it. "But it is what it is. Easier to let it be" multiple women have said this when discussing these issues
