Pros

The only reason that you could possibly enjoy working here is the free meals and the super nice food runners, bartenders and waiters.

Cons

Everything is a con. The management is terrible, biased, selfish and sexist. They do not pay well. They fire good employees for made up reasons all the time. They don't treat the wait staff well. The turnover rate is EXTREMELY high because everyone hates working there. You learn nothing on the job and it will be a waste of your time.
