      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere and great people to work with. Thorough and smart workers and a well established company

      Cons

      A lot of recurring meetings that are basically just regurgitating content that was sent out in a report which wastes a lot of time throughout the week.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
