10/10 Company to work for! - Customer Success Manager (CSM) Touchstone Education Employee Review

If I’m being completely honest - some people are nice. Other that, none.

Where to even start? It was a daily occurrence that people would be crying in the toilets. “Directors” are horrible people, scammers, all obsessed with becoming property influencers that they do everything unethically. They don’t care how they educate people, if they’re spreading misinformation online, they just all want to be rich. They aren’t millionaires, they’re all wannabes! On paper they’re NOT “millionaires” that they claim to be. Several people have been treated awfully so they either quit or get fired because management don’t think their faces fit. Only work here if your only goal in life is to live in Dubai and your favourite idea of a holiday is going to Ibiza O Beach, or you won’t get along with anyone.

- Amazing community. All of our active students are engaged, collaborative and happy. This makes marketing a dream since we can present a genuinely good course and don't have to be shady like many of the other "Property Guru's" - Awesome leadership. The Mangers and Directors put plenty of effort into ensuring employees are treat fairly. If you are competent in your field and show great work ethic, it is impossible to be on the wrong side of the leadership. - Competitive Salary. There is fair pay for everyone employed by Touchstone Education. This ensures everybody can live and not just survive.

- Misinformed/Biased views on Touchstone Education. There are many people who have misinformed or biased reviews on the company. This is only natural in a competitive field of work. There are too many property investment "furu's" (Fake Guru's) who sell property investment as a get rich quick scheme. This clouds the general public's view on property investment education and causes headaches when we run our courses/webinars. It's not overwhelming but it's always a little devil living rent free in the back of your mind. I suppose many people don't understand the genuine value of our courses so it's hard to blame them for it.
