Cons
Micro-managed, unrealistic goals, the owner wants you to use scare tactics. Tons of turnover. Owners friend started a company with him and left. Just look at all the ex-employees on LinkedIn. Rep sold 1.7M in 6 months and then was fired. They are very shortsighted.
