Pros
Made a few good friends. That's about it.
Cons
Working for this company was one of the most humiliating experiences I've ever had. It's a good product but the employees often left me feeling insecure and embarrassed. Instead of judging my skills as an employee, they would sit around at lunch and inquire about my personal life - coming up with their own humiliating inferences and assumptions. It was very hurtful. If you didn't do much but were friends with management, you'd be fine. You could be the hardest worker there but if management doesn't like you, you would always have one foot out the door. Many days I would leave ready to cry or quit. The problem begins with the managers, specifically the sales team - who will engage in trash talk about employees with their peers. It is a very unprofessional environment. After a few years of torture, I went on to work for a successful corporation and after seeing what it's like to be apart of a company that prides itself on making their employees feel valued and safe - TouchTunes should be ashamed of themselves. The high turnover rate speaks for itself. Most people don't stay more than five years - there's a reason why. There's not much opportunity for career advancement, the ceiling is set very low. If you survive for 10 years or so, you might be made a manager but that's highly unlikely. Long story short, don't work here.
