Toucan is a work culture that takes care of its employees and supports them whenever possible. I was lucky enough to work with extremely kind and thoughtful people which made my time there very enjoyable.

The instability that comes at working for a startup can be felt here but nothing you wouldn't expect given the small dynamic team.
