Pros

None at all. There is nothing good about this company.

Cons

Absolutely terrible terrible job. Boss is horrible. Gives you leads that have been called countless times before. Absolutely dead company. Boss will act like he wants you to succeed then will fire you the next day. There is absolutely no job security. The “senior” guys are just as bad. Could care less wether or not you succeed or fail. There is no “friendly competition” at all. Do not waste your time with this company or the boss. You have about a 10% chance of making it longer than 3 months. Joke of a company. Joke of a job. More importantly joke of a boss.

Pros

Great work environment. Its independent and competitive but we all still feel like a team. Very comfortable place to start your sales career. The training that you receive from management (Charles Broadhurst) is unsurpassed. I had never worked in sales before this job and now I feel like I can sell confidentially. Also you're associated with some of the top names in professional sports which makes the job even easier and more enjoyable. The pay and other incentives are really great, especially compared to 99% of other sales jobs in the area. It isn't all work and no play either; we get to have relaxed days where we participate in office basketball pools, watch march madness, take a day to go watch a game, fun holiday parties, etc.

Cons

If you've never done inside sales the whole idea of sitting at a desk and being on the phone all day can take some getting used to. The turn over rate made me worrisome at first but I've come to see that the fact is people that this job and its just not for them, not everyone is cut out for sales.
