      supports are availble if you have the time to track them down.

      Cons

      constant changing of procedures and trainings must be juggled with day to day aspects of job. difficulty receiving and coordinating in person support with how busy everyone is.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
