      Flexible hours, good pay, fun to work with children

      Long drive times, not always with same client for extended periods of time, hours were less than I was originally told

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
