Pros

Support, quality services, organization, collaboration, competitive rates, but best of all you will feel as if you are really excelling as a clinician by becoming more diverse but also more fluent in upholding our ethical guidelines as well as keeping up to date with changes in our field

Cons

Due to providing primarily in home services at this time, collaboration with others in person takes a little more effort on everyone's part to organize and follow through with. But when it occurs it always has a positive impact.

Pros

competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

Cons

unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
