Pros

Good Experience right out of college Young Environment Useful skills gained Great leads for new jobs. (I got my current job from a former customer) Great Benefits

Cons

Ethics go out the window because of the competitive nature within the company. You are treated like trash until you adjust to the day to day stuff. "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours." Direct quote from management the day started selling. There is no sense of the "greater good." Everyone is out for themselves; I witnessed account sabotage when one employee was supposed to be watching another employees account. There is no such thing as vacation time. I was told that it "sucks to suck" by my GSM when we were kept until after 5:00 on Christmas Eve. Turnover in my office was around 80% in the first 12-15 months. Expect to see a lot of friends come and go. I was asked to provide a death certificate or obituary to prove I was at a family members funeral for 3 days. They monitor your email, phones and Microsoft Lync.

Pros

Incredibly welcoming community of people who will support you, motivate you, and guide you. The HQ facility is a wonderful place to work. It features a great number of amenities at any employee's disposal. The training received here is also second to none.

Cons

Many hours worked throughout a week.

Pros

TQL is definitely the place where you actually learn about the job and build your skills each day at a time. There are good amount of leaders and staff that will take care of you and make sure you are successful. TQL is also a place where you are surrounded by an amazing team that will learn and succeed with you. I’d like to call TQL a “school” where you actually learn about logistics thoroughly. I’ve started off as an LAET then moved my way to account support. My time at TQL was a great run. The office was definitely not an average corporate office for sure!

Cons

The con of this company wouldn’t be as negative as I would state it, but it is highly competitive and super demanding. It is competitive with sales and progress you will make throughout your time there. Performance is measured that way.
