Total Expert says they are "people first" and "support continuous learning", "share the credit for being successful", etc. It's the complete opposite. The executive team and leadership do not care about their people and don't put us first. Sure, free swag or cookie boxes are cool... but if you ask for them to support you in a learning opportunity, they'll say no. They will ignore you. If you ask for a promotion or want to switch departments, no. If there are awards, it's always the same handful of people that win.
"We consistently introduce and contribute to new ideas, products and processes." I'd argue they take innovation to an extreme, negatively impacting the product. Leadership doesn't care about enhancing the platform. Instead, they're rushing from release to release, trying to push new features out as fast as possible. Everything is breaking behind the scenes, and our customer-facing teams are taking the brunt of it.
