I worked at Autochem which is the commercial division of J Tortorella Pools. Though it is a small division of a large company, the staff is amazing and the manager is fair minded and dedicated. He truly fosters a team environment. I absolutely loved working there.
Cons
Prepare to work long hours during the summer season (which for a pool company is to be expected). The computer systems among the different divisions do not talk to one another, which creates confusion, though that is something they are in the process of rectifying.
