Great people, pleasant work environment, very helpful management team

Not very transparent with contract changes

Torres AES is now known as Continuity Global Solutions. I was an employee before the rebrand. Pros: You can live off base and travel some of Europe, which was fun. Most of the locals were super nice.

Cons: Everything else. Pay is really bad. They have discontinued the end-of-contract bonus. And there was no days off due to staff shortages. The remaining guards working now are locals who lives in Kosovo and the pay rate is amazing to them. So unless you decided to live there forever, it's best to avoid at all costs.
