Toxic Culture and Lack of Support - Operations Manager Top Banana Employee Review

Toxic, cliquey culture (which seems to be encouraged by management) masked by a false image of inclusivity. No clear direction or training for new roles. Complete lack of guidance from management. I was forced to return to the office despite severe mental health issues and sign off from my doctor. The majority of the staff are rude and shun meetings with no explanation. Genuinely the worst company I have ever worked for. Everyday I was there I felt anxious and excluded. If you value your mental health think twice before accepting a job here.
