Pros
They are a pretty friendly group of people. They have great benefits and have really worked with everyone during the covid pandemic. This may be a small thing, but with everyone working remotely, they try to remember you on your birthday and work anniversary.
Cons
Where most people are working remotely, you don't really see anyone face to face. Management is working on this. You have to be a self motivator and hold yourself accountable if you are working remote.
