Great team with a good work-life balance, interesting projects and good supervision from staff. Directors ensure projects are carefully resourced to avoid over-resourcing and ensure projects are carefully managed.
Cons
Salary rise since joining has been unsatisfactory and rigid pay review structure means there is little point in discussing for a better pay rise which leaves you feeling disheartened.
