      A lot of fun, made great friends with a lot of the other servers

      Cons

      favoritism in management. Managers only promote people they like and has nothing to do with skill level

      Great people, friendly environment, makes you want to be at work, lots of opportunity to learn from others and grow, lots of customer interaction

      Cons

      Can be either really busy or really slow, you have to learn a lot yourself, which can be either great or not depending on your learning style
