Overall an amazing place to work. Great company culture, relaxed working environment and very collaborative. Management is very approachable and seniors are keen to teach.

I am not sure there is any pros

Micro management No health care, pension, sick pay Lots of favourites in the company 20 annual leave days a year forced to keep 4 of those for use at Christmas time so you actually get 16 annual leave days a year They don’t care if your going through anything in your personal life no support what so ever No recognition for hard work Expected to work outside of area of responsibilities without additional compensation Very bad management style and extremely low morale
