the sample sales, the office and the colleagues

Cons

YOu get promotion if you have amicable relation with your VP . There are managers without university level who manage University graduated employees. If you are 40/45+ you are managed by younger managers who do not respect and understand that you are not 20-35 and that you have other lifestyle than going on dates, drinks and parties. Even you work more than 8 years you do not get promoted. People who are new get more often promotions than the dedicated employees.

Pros

Will provide mostly self guided training in the beginning. Does give 1on1 training if time allows. Seasoned Technical Team, are helpful without asking and light hearted. Let's you learn different categories to become more knowledgeable of various products. Work independently and differently.

Cons

The Technical Managers need sensitivity training for grieving associates. They also need to learn to treat employees equally whether new or long term employees. Unreasonable deadlines that overlap between development and production.
