Pros

The group of creatives and colleagues were great people with which to work (with the exception of the account managers/executives).

Cons

They don't pay you what you're worth and it's a revolving door of people coming and going because of the toxic work environment. Dooley Tombras was one of the worst people I had ever worked for; he talks over people, is boastful and arrogant; and downright rude to everyone (except his bros). Expect that he'll berate you in front of a conference room full of people if he doesn't hear what he wants to hear from you. They regularly lie to clients about their abilities and the staffing of the company just to get the business. They also manipulate data to make things look they way the want them to. You'll have to sign an insanely restrictive non-compete contract that basically ensures that you won't be able to work for another agency for at least two years. The account executives breed the same toxic culture that the CEO does -- and as long as they brown-nose the CEO, it all gets a pass. I would never recommend this employer to anyone.

Pros

I was able to learn lots of skills that I was able to apply to secure a job right after my internship

Cons

At the time, the intern program did not feel like a priority and some days I did not have projects to work on

Pros

The pros here was being able to work at a full-service agency and getting to work on a variety of items. You have a solid team of smart individuals that can really help you understand different strategies or more technical items. I was here for 3 years and was able to really expand my knowledge base on various media teams. I also had the luxury of working remote for the company, which had more flexibility than the return to office structure they have now. They had standard health benefits and 401K matching, but the people really made the place. Jodi is great and the social teams were always collaborative and down to help on anything that you might have some questions on. Also enjoyed getting to speak with senior leaders in the company, there are a few who really know there stuff and can be great mentors.

Cons

Standard agency woes of being stretched thin between a lot of accounts. A little bit of being stuck in the same position and not being able to have upward momentum. There was a lack of process at times, which can lead to disorganization and missing deliverables. Some of the other teams had a bit more qualms, but social was pretty good!
