Pros
Very accommodating to family and personal needs, if you need to move work, scheduling or work location, they are very good at allowing you the freedom to do so.
Cons
Very poor communication structure, often left on your own with no clear direction. No HR system to properly report any issues. Lack of opportunity to progress in role or salary often means stagnation.
