The clients are varied and the work is interesting and no two days are the same
Cons
The unit I worked at had a clique the that bully new and older staff there’s no support from the management who just see it as negativity from the people who are getting bullied. Nothing ever gets done as the clique leader is best buds with management. It’s a pity to see such a good unit slowly go down the drain.the vast amount of work you do isn’t appreciated but if you can kiss butt, sit gossiping in the office with management your on a winner
