Mostly really nice people, with a few highly-enabled passive-aggressive long-standers who love pontificating their political views and brandishing political T-shirts at the office. lots of work.
Cons
Big boss is nice, but is too busy and won't delegate. So he is underwater and unaware that his senior leadership team is micromanaging like it's still a mom & pop firm of 8 or 10 staff. At this scale of an operation, that equals chaos, frustration, low trust, and poor deliverables & services quality. This disfunction is self-reinforcing since upper mgmt believes their own monologue - and will continue til they truly onboard organizational and process Change Management or fade away in the face of bright young firms around the Valley. Our Clients are taking notice.
