Pros
Collaborative culture. Annual conference. Generous time off. Generous benefits. Decent work life balance. Customers, restaurant owners are busy but easy to talk to.
Cons
No genuine support out of training. Training is insufficient, you must know salesforce and what you’re doing before you start. Seen people who were there for years get fired for missing quota 2 months in a row. Very cut throat. They didn’t even offer her another position. The customers are beyond frustrated with their ability to receive support, they need a dedicated support rep for their area.
