- Lots of opportunities for process and infrastructure improvement (great for SDETS) - Very smart and friendly people

- Approval process for resource access requires a lot of reminding people

Employees have a lot of flexibility and direct ownership of their tasks. Many layers of organizational complexity have been removed, allowing motivated engineers to get a lot pushed through. By the same token, this requires employees to be pretty self-motivated; you can't rely on structure to force you to be productive.

A fairly flat management structure leaves fewer opportunities for direct job-title advancement. I haven't been here long enough to see if this holds for vertical leveling as well. Being almost entirely remote, the wider organization can seem a bit disconnected, though individual teams are pretty tight knit.
