Pros
There are some great people there. Free fruit usually. One a month staff lunches that are provided by management. Once a month staff meetings for the whole company where you can ask questions from leadership. Opportunity to work from home given largely on-line work. Extremely casual dress code (t-shirts, jeans are seen everyday) Open office-layout Keurig machine and iced-water and vending machines on both floors If you want to move up, there may be opportunity, especially if in one of the extremely high turn over departments.
Cons
Extremely high turnover which can result in management hiring people in short to fill seats though some positions remain unfilled for ages. Low wages. Low accountability for workplace performance. Mediocre to poor performing employees are not held accountable which decreases morale for those striving to do a good job. One gets the sense that as long as there is someone sitting there to punch the buttons, and eventually the work gets done, that's all that matters. Some departments regularly have 12 hour days, all week-long which is good for overtime pay, but not for personal life time. Not one person I have talked to can say that they want to keep working there. Everyone is searching for their way out. Poor technology - outdated machinery that stretches the talents of the tech staff to keep ancient devices still working. Little interaction between non-functionally related work groups
