I don't want to spend too much time here, but I will say they do an awesome 4% IRA match, have full benefits and are fast growing. Many of the managers are moving up quickly with a ton of training. I would highly reccomend

There are dead times, it is a large space(s) and keeping your teams motivated can be tough when it's slow.
