Pros
The company is the best place to be with friendly management and awesome people. A fun driven culture. Awesome for techies as you will get to learn a lot about product development. Really supportive and encouraging environment. No strict timings as such. The focus is on getting things done.
Cons
Bad work-life balance. Everyone used to work till late. But it was voluntary extra work which people put.
