We understand that change can be tough, and we apologise that our communication about recent changes was not as clear as it could have been. We are committed to learning from this experience and improving our leadership communication going forward.
While things tend to change at high speeds as we grow, we always strive to learn quickly from everything we do, and remain firm believers in putting people first. We never want to grow at the expense of our people, and we hope you took the opportunity to discuss how you were feeling with your line manager or the People Team.
As a Malta-based company, we work with freelancers, contractors, and third-party suppliers from all over the world. We strive to offer the same benefits to everyone we work with, but compliance with local and international legislation remains a top priority. Unfortunately, in most cases, we are unable to offer the same terms to freelancers as we offer to our employees but we strongly encourage everyone to discuss any concerns about the terms or benefits with our People Team to find the best possible solution.
