I have a very established work history, and actually left a Fortune 500 company to come to work at Time To Hire because I felt so passionately about the company and the opportunity I was presented with. It has been about three years, and I have LOVED every minute of it! I actually look forward to work on Monday mornings and after vacations. Working with/for Chad, as well as with the rest of the team at timetohire.com is Amazing!! We all treat each other with the utmost respect and work together really well. We all have the same focus- to help employers find their missing puzzle piece, while helping the candidates find the puzzle they fit into. I Definitely look at our team as a family and not just "co-workers". I have definitely had some Toad bosses (haven't we all?) in the past- however Chad is THEEE Absolute BEST boss anyone can ask for. He truly cares about his employees; always wants to improve the business and asks for feedback from employees and clients to make sure he is including all aspects; and always tries to help people whenever he can- even if it is just giving some helpful advice based on his experience that we can pass along.
Cons
I am a VERY objective person and pride myself on the ability to look at things from both sides of the fence. That said; I Literally have NO complaints.
