- Amazing positive environment to really grow your career - Values over-communication - Promotes based on merit - Open-door policy, everyone is approachable - Encourages pro-active employees ("just do it" attitude) and people to continuously step up their game - Customer happiness team is top notch, really does care about it's user base ("tilters")
Cons
- very competitive market, Tilt is going up against dominant players in a tough environment - very focussed on college market and it can impact company culture, which may or may not be ideal
