The key value here is the collaboration, so everyone helps each other. The work is much more pleasant to achieve with people like that. (I have to confess: I've always hated afterworks and drinks with colleagues, but today, I am sad if I miss them!) - The People team makes everything to make your days better. And it works. Free lunch, free snacks, events, great devices, employees appreciation... - The processes are constantly improved to follow the product evolution. - Trust and support are at the heart of the management. - The product itself, TicketSwap service, is great.
