      Drive alone without Dispatcher beating you down mentally.

      I was hired for a full time 40hrs a week job. Was getting 20 and 10 hours a week sometimes instead. They make you confirm that you're working the following day. You show up for your route and never get one. There could be 45 routes that day but they have 60 drivers showing up instead of 45. This way if someone calls out they have more than enough drivers to cover a few call offs without paying overtime. Those 15 extra drivers now have to go home with no pay for the day. Company is dirty af! I'm so grateful to God that they lost their Amazon contract. God doesn't like ugly bishes!

      When I started it was decent. You worked hard and were paid for it.

      But within a year I went from working over 75 hours a week to 10 and 20 hours a week. The company over hired to eliminate overtime hours and screwed every employee in the process. There would be 45 routes to fill and 60 employees that were scheduled to work standing there. So 15 employees would be sent home without any work, which means no pay for that day. Mind you, when you hired it was for a full time position. 10 and 20 hours a week is not full time.
