Thrive Chicago (IL) Response

One thing that we pride ourselves on is our low turnover rate, we have had zero turnover recently- Which leads us to believe that this is the same person leaving another review. Please see our response to your previous review. In the event you have questions as to why you're no longer employed with us, feel free to reach out at hr@gothrivechicago.com. Our shifts are anywhere between 5 to 8 hours, no one works over 42 hours a week, just to address the scheduling. As far as pay goes, you consistently called off, so your hours would reflect your paycheck. Sorry that things did not work out for you, but you do not have to continue leaving reviews for us. Again, we wish you the best of luck and Happy Holidays!

Pros

I truly enjoy working for this company and feel fortunate to be part of such a supportive team. One of the best perks is the travel opportunities the company provides, with expenses fully covered. It’s a great chance to experience new places while continuing to grow professionally. The leadership team also stands out—they maintain a genuine open-door policy and are always willing to coach, answer questions, and help employees improve in any area. If you’re willing to work hard, there is real opportunity for growth here.

Cons

The work can be demanding at times, but it’s very rewarding and the effort you put in truly pays off. That said, if someone isn’t confident in their work ethic, it might not be the best fit—because the expectations are high, but so are the opportunities and rewards for those who put in the effort.
