Pros

Open minded… Flexible with schedule. Base pay with commission.

Cons

Thrive specializes in brand awareness, not sales. At least that's what was said during the interview. But will be coached heavily if you aren't hitting your quota of sales. Take what they say with a grain of salt because the they favor in using psychology on you. And not it in a good way. They want you to share "how you're feeling" but behind closed doors, they label you as a "basket case".

Thank you for your feedback, always helps us improve. Within the last 6 months we've tripled in size, which is why there is an influx in interviews right now. We pride ourselves on our team culture and building people within the business. I am not sure where you're getting the "basket case" reference from, but it is something that we're going to bubble up to Human Resources.

Pros

I truly enjoy working for this company and feel fortunate to be part of such a supportive team. One of the best perks is the travel opportunities the company provides, with expenses fully covered. It’s a great chance to experience new places while continuing to grow professionally. The leadership team also stands out—they maintain a genuine open-door policy and are always willing to coach, answer questions, and help employees improve in any area. If you’re willing to work hard, there is real opportunity for growth here.

Cons

The work can be demanding at times, but it’s very rewarding and the effort you put in truly pays off. That said, if someone isn’t confident in their work ethic, it might not be the best fit—because the expectations are high, but so are the opportunities and rewards for those who put in the effort.
