As a culinary executive with decades of experience, I believe seasoned leaders should have greater opportunities to contribute to strategic planning, operational innovation, and organizational decision-making rather than primarily focusing on day-to-day execution. * Need for stronger investment in leadership and culinary development. Continuous education, culinary training, mentorship, and leadership development should remain a priority. Investing in employees at every level helps strengthen the organization, improves retention, and positions the company for long-term success. * Career advancement could be more transparent.
