      Pros

      High quality product. Good process controls in Germany.

      Cons

      Recently disbanded their North American operations and have moved production back to Germany. Turns out they have limited financial resources to support North American expansion. Hired a lot of really good people in Brookfield, and then pulled the plug on the operation before a year had passed. Narrow minded management team in Germany. Micro-managers.
