Pros
Now a days it's hard to find a job, so the best reason is it's a job. They have good benefits.
Cons
I have never worked anywhere were the moral is so bad, they have luncheon, or gathering to bring the moral up. A lunch or gathering is not solving the problem with the way they run the business.
