Working at Third Bridge has been an extremely disappointing experience. The company has zero work-life balance—employees are expected to work long hours with no overtime compensation and rarely receive any recognition for their efforts. The management is a complete disaster, with Vice Presidents and Managers who are far too young and inexperienced to be leading teams. Promotions are given out way too quickly, resulting in leaders who have no idea how to manage people effectively.
The work culture is downright toxic—there is no real support or care for employees. The constant pressure, lack of structure, and poor leadership make this a terrible place to work. If you’re looking for a company that values its employees, offers proper career development, and respects work-life balance, stay far away from Third Bridge.
