      You get to work from home

      Cons

      No law benefits. OT and regular work hours are the same rate of pay. OTP and VRI the same rate of pay. You have to ask for permission to take wc breaks. No internet compensation. No equipment provided. You're not able to request a raise.

      They have the best paying clients and a very convenient call flow, nothing that will burn you out.

      Cons

      They are not very clear when giving instructions.
