Everything from the hiring, to onboarding to integration into the company fabric was spot-on. The company event bringing people from all over the world to meet in person was a perfect intro. It's a growing organisation, so some processes aren't refined, but this is why I and many others are here - our work counts and it will make a difference as we grow.
