Pros

- Your thoughts and opinions are valued - Given the autonomy to implement your ideas - Constantly thriving to better employee experience - Growing organization - Fantastic potential for individual growth - Brilliant team environment which is particularly difficult to create in a remote environment. - Remote/work from home.

Cons

- Processes can be difficult to locate and understand - Strategy - Sometimes we look to run before we can walk - Sink or swim - with a move over from an office setting to remote working, lack of discipline will often see new employees lose focus and struggle. A more guided, structured training program will fix this issue.

Pros

Although I was happy in my former employment, I took the position at The WFC Group because I was told I would have an opportunity to use all of my acquired knowledge and experience, and I have not been disappointed. I have quickly advanced in the organization and have an advancement plan in place so I know where I am going in my career and the steps I need to get to the next level. The leadership team is supportive and encouraging, with a heavy focus on work-life balance, and the consulting team is exceptional in their focus on quality service and delivery.

Cons

Prior process initiatives were well thought out, but not always executed, creating some ambiguity in process and documentation.
