Pros
+ If you want to work for a company with a good business model and high growth, this company qualifies. The management really knows SEO, social media and online marketing.
+ Management takes care of you. If you need supplies, they will buy it immediately. If you need parking, insurance, a day off (etc.), management will take care of it. They want you to be comfortable so that you can work hard
+ Cool people. Good culture, even though the company so small that you might not think there is a culture. All young employees,
Cons
- There is pressure to perform, work hard and management is brutally honest (pro and a con).
- Do not even slight exaggerate/embellish what you can do or how fast you can work in the interview--management will be able to tell once you start work. A lot of people slightly embellish in interview (DO NOT). Be honest, and explain why things are taking longer than expected and you'll be fine.
- While you can work as much as you want, you feel like you should work a lot. If you want great work/life balance, stay on hourly pay (instead of salary).
